Avalanche Diva’s night

The Avalanche Divas’ Night is an event to recognize female-identifying avalanche professionals, and to create a space for women and non-binary avalanche professionals to connect and share their experiences. During the evening, we will award travel grants to selected participants, and highlight a number of female-identifying avalanche professionals who have made significant contributions to the avalanche community. However, Divas’ Night is mainly an opportunity for individuals who identify as women and non-binary in the field of snow and avalanches to gather for a night of networking and information sharing. Join us for an evening filled with good vibes and great conversations. Food and a drink is included in the event. All proceeds go directly back into future Avalanche Diva’s events and programs.

Powder Brew Fest: Avalanche Edition

Welcome to the old brewery facility of Mack Øl, the pride of Tromsø and, until recently, the northernmost brewery in the world. The old brewery has been transformed into an indoor summer camp! We will fill this big space with happy avalanche people, ready to have some fun together. Challenge new and old friends at mini golf, Pinboard, Karaoke, or a dance contest!

All activities are included in the ticket (for insurance reasons, you need to register at the bar to use the equipment). During the evening, the Finnish snow expert Tuomo Saloranta will provide musical entertainment, in which there will be some open mic sessions. Instruments will be available (if you have an alphorn, please bring it).

It will be possible to buy pizza at Storgata Camping.
